About our Founder, Chris Edge
Having studied Hospitality at Bournemouth University, Chris returned to the kitchen to continue crafting his skill. From gastro pubs to fine dining French restaurants, Chris has experience in a whole variety of cuisines and these influences can be found in his varied menus. Working part time for other event caterers in the past enabled Chris to practise event and menu planning. He has experience in catering for small and large occasions with up to 200 guests.
